The Gaston College Career Coach Program is a grant funded, collaboration between the two local education agencies served by Gaston College; the college administration and faculty, NC Works, and the business communities of Gaston and Lincoln counties. The GC Career Coach Program employs an individualized advising model that includes 2 full-time Career Coaches, stationed on site at area high schools. These Career Coaches provide outreach, career advising, and academic advising services to high school students.
